The Sunrize Project is a company dedicated to the education and promotion of healthy living, mental health, and community empowerment and unity. Outside of the website's interactive blog and forum, The Sunrize Project Company offers doula services in the Washington D.C. and Metro area as well as life coaching sessions via online or in-person designed to promote healthy families and minds. The Sunrize Project also hosts talks on high school campuses discussing topics like depression and mental health, understanding purpose, living a healthy lifestyle, career direction, and more. 

​What started off as just an undergraduate informational blog from a psychology major soon turned into an entire movement which preaches love, sharing knowledge, community unity, and wholeness/wellness.
